The other reviews are correct - their used cars are cheaply fixed and/or damaged. Their employees will treat as less than once you make a purchase. They don't care. Don't bother trying to speak to their higher-ups. They're just as smug. Notice how the bad review responses do not include a person or email to contact? Speaking to them won't do anything. And that is poor marketing whoever is responding to them.

Run away from them. They sell broken car. I know cause they tried to do it to me.

Just bought a brand new Chevy Silverado 2500 on 03/23/24. Upon picking it up I noticed the steering wheel was not straight while driving in a straight line. He told me there would not be one because I leased a new car and it is charged on the new paperwork. I am disappointed that no one has called me back after three calls.

Stay away from this dealership! The service Department will make you feel like a Villain and try to charge you every little thing they do, even when the vehicle is under warranty! Paddock has lost a customer for life as I will never set foot in that dealership again.

Horrible is an understatement. Stay away from wasting your time here. I called to book a service apt. and they forced me to give them every bit of imaginable information about me personally, before telling me its $200 just to walk in the door and get a diagnostic test done. I have taken my vehicle in for the same electronics issue 4 times. They keep sending me away saying if it isn’t happening when I’m there they can’t do anything.
Twice it’s caused battery to be completely drained.
This time they refused to even attempt to diagnose, told me the battery wasn’t under warranty on a year old vehicle, wanted to charge me $175 plus hourly (2-3 hours) to charge and test the battery, then $400 for a battery regardless. I brought my 2022 chevy silverado in to the dealership on 3/21/22 with issues of the dash keep going out. Just got the truck 1/29/22. I didn't catch the employees name however they wanted me to pay for the diagnostic fee for a vehicle that has bumper to bumper coverage. John was very disrespectful. My appointment was not on the scheduled time. I bought a car and not even a full year has passed and the check engine light came on. I asked 1 questions, if it was covered under the warranty or not and John tried to nickel and dime me for a diagnostics that I had already had the paperwork for. He refused to look at the house paperwork and call me unesscessary names. Paddock Chevrolet is very rude and not worth the business.

I went to Paddock service last Saturday for NYS my attendant this time was David this guy is so professional and polite wonderful service from Paddock service thank you David for your dedication excellent customer service.

Had a 10:00 appointment to check a tire for slow leak. Found a small slice in tire. 14,000 miles on the car. Could not fix it. Had to buy a new tire at $250.00. We were just leaving paddock at 2:00. Took them 4 hours to find a leak and put a new tire on. Was not happy

Took my vehicle in for service. checked the odometer before and after, 38 miles put on the vehicle was not happy about it, questioned about it they told me they wanted to drive it to see if they can diagnose the problem. I did not authorize my vehicle to go to somebody's home overnight will never do business with this dealer again ever watch your odometer. Sneaky people here.

I recently purchased a new car in April. I agreed to new or unused and went for the lot demo. The sales receipt said new and I wasn’t made aware of any other usage. I used a GM discount, which species the vehicle had to be new or unused. Upon cleaning out my car I found a rental registration and proceeded to check my paperwork which on the pink slip says used. Not even demo. The sale took so long the collision lapsed on the lot. Now I’m paying for a vehicle I don’t have.

Terrible service! Brought my car in for oil change and had to wait over 2 1/2 hours. The waiting room had over 10 people so I was told I had to sit in cold garage because of covid restrictions. Purchased a used 2014 Chevy Equinox a little over a year ago for my son. I went to Paddock thinking it would be more secure than purchasing from a private owner. I was wrong. After going to another dealership to try to do business. I went to paddock. They were helpful and were willing to do business. They won us back.

This company simply holds their customers in contempt. I took my Chevy to their service department. Communication with service rep was spotty and the technician actually caused more damage to my car than he fixed. I was lied to about the level of wear on my brakes. Management will not reimburse me, claiming only that they will fix the damage. Why would I ever let them ever touch my car again. They've screen my phone calls and will not respond to messages & voice mails.

Wouldn't recommend car service here. 2 and 1/2 hours waiting just for a car inspection. Even if u set up an appointment weeks ahead of time. Ridiculous!

Went in for oil change - service associate was very informative of the other items the car needed for the winter months coming up - she took a very thorough look on all sides of the vehicle.

I have never been to a place before where they cared so much for the customers and finding them the lowest price possible. A huge shoutout to TONY MOLINO the salesman I bought my car from. My complaint is simple. Nobody was or is getting back to me. I'm being ignored. Now my 6 month warranty is up. I have a laundry list of issues from my mechanic which was given to the service department. My mechanic spent 3hrs of his time checking the vehicle before purchase.I was promised the issues were going to be resolved. I HAVE A LONG, STRESSFULL STRUGGLE AHEAD OF ME. A lot faster than what I expected and very courteous and knowledgeable I was also shuttled back home and picked up when I called and the price that I was quoted was right in line with all the other stores that I inquired , With peace of mine that a reputable shop was doing the work.

Turned 2016 Equinox and updated to a new lease with a 2018 equinox. The pricing was not what was agreed upon but the vehicle was very nice .

They got us in very quickly but could not find the problem . We did get a loaner vehicle and when we went to pick it up the next day . We were told did not hear the problem and when it does it again to bring it back in. This is frustrating as the noise does not happen all the time. Alright so let's talk about the management. The service director, Chuck Briggs, does absolutely nothing. He's a man who has a degree in botany (according to his Facebook) running a service department. Tell me how knowing the difference between an oak and pine is going to help you make a decision about my car?? Useless.
Th service manager, Don Sherwood, seems to have a serious temper and doesn't seem fit for the position. He clearly gets stressed out way too quickly to be working with angry customers.

My salesman listened to my requirements, didn't try typical sales tactics to distract or confuse me, was willing to search for the perfect vehicle.
