I had a oil leak with my c hevy equinox and had it at west herr for 6 weeks but dealing with them and GM was a waste of time. I was given an appointment the same day I called (a Monday), due to a one-time problem I'd had starting my car the previous Saturday. Although I had to leave my car overnight for the proper testing to be done, I was given a loaner to use. Turned 2016 Equinox and updated to a new lease with a 2018 equinox. The pricing was not what was agreed upon but the vehicle was very nice .
They got us in very quickly but could not find the problem . We did get a loaner vehicle and when we went to pick it up the next day . We were told did not hear the problem and when it does it again to bring it back in. This is frustrating as the noise does not happen all the time. The service manager was absolutely GREAT to work with he was understanding and apologizing. I am frustrated because the problem could not be corrected, NOT his fault .
